Split Mountain Rental Home

Our home is spacious and clean with decorated rooms to fit every style! Our home has 2 large gathering spaces to accommodate guests, 4 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full-size kitchen with dining area, fridge, sink, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a deck with a view of the surrounding mountains and is a great place to watch the sunset or stargaze. There is access to a laundry room with washer and dryer, High speed internet, flat screen television with Roku, and plenty of parking space.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with parking for even the largest trucks with trailers on property or street. Family sized propane grill and fire pit. Playground for kids in a fenced backyard. Outside patio furniture. Use the lockable tough shed for your bikes or gear. Covered carport. Spacious living room with Hide a bed. Plenty of seats to entertain. Be sure to get a photo with Jenga our dinosaur!

great house by the park, Fun for the whole family!

Beautiful house just 200' from the biggest park in town with giant playgrounds ,pavilions, ball parks, a skate park, and soccer fields. it has plenty of parking and a two car garage. a super spacious fully fenced back yard for the kids. You are only 2 minutes from one of the best golf courses in utah, and just minutes from some of the best fishing around. Hundreds of lakes and streams within an hour drive. 45 min. from dinosaur national park. House has a ring camera on the front porch.

Whether you're traveling with a large family or as a lone wolf, here to visit the Vernal Temple or for an array of other different activities this is the place for you. Our property borders the gorgeous Vernal Temple, in fact it’s literally in our backyard, which provides a breathtaking view. We're also right next to Main Street, so you'll never be far from the action!

Relaxing and Fun!

Quiet residential neighboorhood. Situated in downtown Vernal. Both on and off street parking. Two large shade trees in the fully fenced back yard. Old fashioned tire swing. Covered patio with table and chairs. Two chain link dog kennels. A new furnace and central air conditioning unit were installed. The basement stays comfortably cool as most basements do. New mattresses were placed on all six beds on April 1, 2023.
