Go out on the town - prepare a meal - relax - enjoy life. Dance under the stars & gaze at the Ukiah valley nightlights and the moonbeam glowing off of Lake Mendocino! The property is a 6 min. drive to N. State St. in Ukiah.

Perfect stop for Hwy 101 travelers! Older, residential neighborhood less than 3 miles from downtown Ukiah. Studio apartment (600 sq ft) of a multi unit residence. Set back from the road; private entrance, designated private parking (2 spaces) private deck area. One bedroom; queen size bed, living room & kitchen table. Kitchenette, suitable for reheating, light meal prep and delivery. Coffee/tea bar, snacks, water etc. Limited cooking, no oven. Guests control heat and a/c Cannabis friendly :)

Lakeview Cottage A (No cleaning fee)

I don’t charge a cleaning fee to keep the prices down except for pets. (Kitchen area) has low ceiling. Approximately 6’3” AIRBNB kitchen rules: leave the kitchen the way you found it or don’t use it. 150 sf deck with spectacular views of the lake. Lots of hummingbirds, wild turkeys, deer, squirrels etc. There is a futon in the living room with Linens available in bedroom County of Lake charges an occupational tax of 11.5%. Which is added to your total. (welcome to California.)

Charming....three bedrooms, two bath vineyard cottage has everything you need to make your wine country vacation comfortable and memorable. Enjoy your days basking in the sun, and your nights on the patio stargazing. Expect a warm welcome. Located minutes from wineries, museums, and other famous Northern California attractions. In regards to the pool please check with host to make sure it’s available. The pool at times may be shared with other guest on the property.
