Private, 1st-floor unit inside a reconstructed, modern row home. Located just north of Chinatown in a formerly industrial neighborhood that is transforming and reinventing itself. A few of the city's most popular restaurants (Juno, La Chinesca, Silk City) and 3 beer breweries are nearby. The area isn't postcard-pretty like Old City, but it's a highly walkable HQ for Center City District attractions. Cozy Private Guest Suite - Driveway Parking

Our beautiful private guest suite is located in one of the most quiet, safe, and green residential neighborhoods in Philadelphia, Roxborough. We are a 10 minute drive from Manayunk restaurants & bars, and 35 minute drive from Center City Philadelphia (45 with traffic). Buses and trains are within walking distance to go to Center City if you don’t want to drive. Also, the Wissahickon Valley park is less than 5 mins away for those interested in sightseeing, hiking, and biking along the trails.

West Philly Suite - Dirah Betachtonim

I'm a lovely short-term basement suite in University City, West Philadelphia, just off of Penn's campus. I am new construction with a well lit, side entrance. Two full size beds in the bedroom, a living room with a dinette area that can sleep another two rollaways upon request (for an additional $10 each). Free Coffee or tea, small fridge, books, games and free wifi. I'm near Penn's campus, CHOP (Children's Hospital) and University of Pennsylvania Hospital (HUP). I'm also Shabbat friendly.

Right in the heart of the Main Line suburbs, this second floor unit is perfect for families, visiting nearby colleges, and only a short drive from downtown Philadelphia. We designed the space to be clean, calm, and serene. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, a short walk from the town of Gladwyne, and many trails and parks nearby. (Ask us for our favorites if you’re an outdoor enthusiast!) Olga and Dima live on the first floor of the house and can try to accommodate any needs you may have!
