Tucked away in the heart of the Cotswolds, the Retreat is situated within a secluded & idyllic south-facing meadow. Lounge in your private area by summer and cozy up by the log-burner come autumn, the Retreat is a perfect escape for any season. Relax and soak your troubles away in the hot tub (available at extra cost) whilst gazing at the stars sipping champagne. Get back to nature but with a good dollop of comfort! The ground floor of the property consists of lounge/diner with table that sits 5. There’s an L-shaped sofa that converts into a double bed and 42” LCD. Kitchen consists of microwave, kettle, fridge, single plug in induction ring and toaster and all the essentials you need. The ground floor has underfloor heating so it’s cosy warm. Upstairs is a king size bed, large bedroom, fantastic walk-in shower, smaller sofa bed and area to hang your stuff up. There’s even space for your four legged friend.

Cosy Grade II listed property sleeping 6 guests, in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The house is in Shipton Under Wychwood and dates back to the 16th century. The house has retained many wonderful character features, including wooden beams, exposed stonework and a stunning wood burning fireplace. Situated down a quite lane with no through traffic, the newly re-opened Lamb Inn pub just 100 steps from the house (with in house dining available) the house is perfectly placed for everything you need.

A small barn built with friends during a barn raising. Simple, stylish, with underfloor heating, compact but with a sense of space. Deck with hammock and barbcue extends into fields at the back. Private, lovely spacious comfortable beds , rustic but with a touch of luxury. Thirty minutes to Oxford, two minutes drive to village of Great Tew and Soho . One of three properties on site ( we live in one) the other is called The Artists House and if booked together can sleep 12 guests in total.

We have 4 large double bedrooms, comfortable and spacious living spaces and parking for 2 cars. We include crisp white linens and towels which are high temperature washed and the house is deep cleaned. Vibrant East Oxford has some of the best restaurants and cafes. We are a short walk from Magdalen Bridge, the Botanical Gardens, punting and the historic city centre.
