Three Little Birds Cottage has three bedrooms with three en suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful, quiet, secret garden with patio and outdoor furnishings. It sleeps 10 comfortably and is located next to the Charente River in the picturesque château village of Verteuil sur Charente. You have private secured parking, a covered entertainment space with ping-pong and games. A short walk to the village gives you access to restaurants, bars, boulangerie…It’s a fun place to stay!

Cottage au cœur de la forêt, à côté du Futuroscope

Ce cottage vous permettra de vous ressourcer et de profiter de moments en famille. Situé au cœur de la forêt domaniale de la moulière, idéal pour des balades en vélo ou à pieds avec les mystères de la forêt à découvrir. A 12 min Le Futuroscope, à 20 min Chauvigny ( cité médiévale), diverses activités: la réserve naturelle du Pinail, le parc de St Cyr (baignade), la plage de Bonneuil Matours (canoës-kayaks)et à 8 min une zone commerciale . Avec plaisir de vous accueillir dans notre gîte.

Bumblebee Cottage is part of a suite of cottages at Gites Rue Du Chateau. It has direct access to its own covered terrace, overlooking the spacious gardens, woodland and pretty stream. Facilities include, a pool, BBQ and outside kitchen with dining terrace and cosy fire pit area. A boules area and plenty of space for traditional garden games. Surprisingly peaceful but within walking distance of cafes, bakeries, shops and market. Local activities include the Rejallant Canoeing Centre.

La Maison Mignonne is renovated stone cottage, situated in a quiet hamlet in the Haute-Vienne region of South West France. It has been sympathetically restored, combining traditional character with contemporary comfort. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two singles), bathroom (with bath and shower), and open plan lounge-kitchen downstairs. All mod cons are provided: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, wood-burning stove, TV.

La Petite Bellarderie: comfort, calm and space!

Situated at the edge of a small hamlet, the cottage “la petite Bellarderie”, completely restored and renovated in 2021, is situated in the Vienne department, around 45 minutes south of Poitiers, in the commune of Champniers. The cottage has the advantage of being in the middle of nature but not far away from all amenities: the town of Civray with it’s shops, restaurants and weekly markets is less than 10km away.
