This well placed Villa is walking distance to the beach,hotel,swimming pool& mashie course.Built right onto the dam,one can enjoy tranquil morning coffee's or evening BBQ's/sundowners on the patio. There is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). Fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine and drier), dining room, lounge and patio with built in BBQ/Braai.JOJO Tank. A cleaning service could be provided as needed, EXCEPT Sundays or public holidays!! Please arrange with the host.

Walk or drive up the hill to the main beach featuring a restaurant that overlooks the beach and lagoon, lifeguards are in attendance and it is great for surfing/paddle boarding .

Fully kitted with an inverter and solar panels, as well as 3 x 5,000 litre jojo tanks filled with council water, you will never be without electricity or water. We have a beautiful swimming pool with sea views for days. Ramsgate main blue flag beach & Waffle House are just a 1km walk, taking the stone steps at the end of our street.
