Terra is located on a remote hill approx 1200 mtrs above sea level, overlooking Mahu dam, and Panchgani table land. This area is frequented by many animals such as gaurs, boars, bhekars, peacocks, monkeys, mongoose, etc and an occasional siting of a leopard in the neighbourhood every one or two years.
