Close to everything, a million miles away....... Down the two-track driveway, past the view of the nearest neighbors, our three-bedroom cottage awaits. Rest easy on the patio, with its view of the two-acre lake or cross the adjacent foot bridge to the island. Fish for bass and bream, stroll the walking path, paddle around and enjoy the wildlife, or just relax far from the madding crowd. This slice of paradise sits on 12 acres; our home is across the lake, out of sight and out of mind.

SPRING PRICE SPECIAL The Cottage is a detached , private building. The COTTAGE has a high-end, very comfortable queen size bed , high-end linens, and feather pillows. Also a small TV in the sleeping area, on the wall for separate viewing. The Cottage has a new state of the art smart A/C and heating system , with full heating and cooling. It has granite counter top kitchenette. There is a full bathroom. The living room has a 32 inch flatscreen TV and a couch that can double for a BED.

The cottage has a fenced in yard and is located on a perfect street for dog walking. The cottage front porch is the perfect place to unwind with a cocktail before walking to dinner. 3/2 double wide mobile home nestled quietly away from the hustle bustle of life. This place is amazing and only 2 stones throw away from the Spirit of the Suwannee park. The first thing you'll notice is the quietness and birds especially if you're not used to hearing them. Our place is off the main road with many trails around for hiking as well as biking, just a short walk away you can hike to the Suwannee river for canoeing/kayaking adventures.

Goat House at Cypress Oaks Farm

In addition to a TV, high speed internet and a coffee bar, we’ve recently improved our outdoor area with a paved patio! Enjoy the cool shaded area and BBQ after a day in the sun. The Goat House is tucked away on the edge of woods on the outskirts of Live Oak. Close enough to run to the store and far enough for a quiet starlit night relaxing in a hammock or enjoying a small bonfire on cool nights.

My place is a 10 minute walk to parks, restaurants and the historical and Southern Living recognized, downtown area. You’ll love my place because of the back yard, the comfy bed, and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
