Stunning beach house just off the Wild Atlantic Way. Newly renovated in 2019 with two hundred square meters facing the sea with spectacular views, light and airy decor. 300 m to pebble beach beloved by families with young children for its calm and shallow waters, fishing pier. 2 km to White Strand beach. The house and garden are utterly peaceful - you will hear nothing but sea and wind, perhaps a sheep - but the charming town of Cahersiveen with its cafes, pubs and shops is just 4 km away.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a sunroom/dining room looking out to the mountain views all around. the bathroom is newly refurbished with a spacious shower, a toilet and wash hand basin. there are 2 bedrooms. one doube, one twin. Two bedrooms on ground floor have queen and two single beds. Upper open area has double bed plus futon to open if a guest doesn't wish to share a bed. Six guests max. One bath.

If you love the ocean, you will love this place. It is an ocean front property directly on the sea, looking at the Bere Island Lighthouse, very quite and private within walking distance to Castletownbere. It has a private automatic gate and the property has a slipway to the sea. Beautiful area to go canoeing. Seals can be seen from time to time. You can watch the Castletownbere fishing boat going out to sea.
