Charming West Studio in Lovely Estate Property

New Remodel! Peaceful Studio in Boulder's exclusive Spanish Hills. Estate has gorgeous views, only 5 mins to Louisville's restaurants & shops, 15 mins to central Boulder 28th & Pearl. Kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave etc. Bath has walk in shower. We're quiet people & seek quiet guests as this is our home where we live and work full time. Rent is discounted 50% as the Airbnb is finished but the landscaping is mid-process. NO smoking anywhere on property, no pets, no children under 18

Sunny and Private North Boulder studio!

This private guest suite in Boulder is a welcoming space located on the main floor of our home (not in a basement). It is a sunny, clean and comfortable space. It has a separate entrance and easy parking and a kitchen. There are no shared spaces! We are a quick bike ride or Uber to downtown, Pearl St., and CU Boulder! You are close to the action but far enough away to have a peaceful nights sleep. We love having new guests and hope to make your stay in Boulder welcoming and comfortable!

Cosy 1-bedroom basement with a pool

Hello, We are family of three: myself, my daughter and cat would be happy to have you at our newly re-modelled basement. The basement is on garden level, it is fully refurnished and it has a main room with a wet bar, a small bedroom and a bathroom. It has a private entrance. New paint, new carpet, new mini fridge and all new kitchenware, dishes and etc. For sleeping there are a queen bed with a new mattress and unfold couch with a comfy mattress. Nice backyard, cute swings. No Pets.

Just 10 minutes from Boulder or Louisville, minutes from the mountains, and completely surrounded by ACRES OF OPEN SPACE.. You’ll love my place because of its quiet country charm. The rural setting is perfect for a respite from busyness. Love the light, kitchen, high ceilings, flower gardens with water features, and farm field with mountain views.
