The first floor apartment consists of a dining and living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a view of a garden.

In front of house you have table and 2 banks for your morning relaxation, lunch and dinner. You have 2 fireplaces, one inside and other outside the house. You have parking available. Guests are able to acces whole house and property arround house. Guests have acces to the public beach 50 meter from the house.
