The Lodge on Pine Ridge

The Lodge on Pine Ridge will give you a taste of nature without sacrificing comfort. With 50 acres to yourself, you can enjoy quiet morning walks on the grounds or an evening campfire. Cheerful 3 bedroom cottage on the Allegheny River

We built the summer cottage in 2006, for a summer home stayed on. We lived in the cottage 8 years when we wanted a bigger house. We love it year around. We are isolated with 3 neighbors (not close) and the river at our front door. Good boating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming , hiking, bird watching (with a eagle nest across the river). December through February, it is best if you come with 4 wheel drive. Having said that , we keep the road plowed and the hill sanded.

We hope you choose to stay at our beautiful getaway! It’s been recently renovated, ready for you to enjoy, relax, and stay a while! Read a book, watch for wildlife on the deck, or sit around the fire pit. The Franklin area is known for its amazing bike paths, hiking, fishing, canoeing, and kayaking. Heron's Landing

Heron's Landing is a comfortable 2 bedroom lodging unit located above Woods & River Coffee, one block from the Erie to Pittsburgh Trail. Walking distance to many amenities, overlooking the Allegheny River and offers a spectacular view year round. Located on a busy street in a business district, & above a coffee shop, so be prepared for the busy sounds of a town and cafe, though we do our best to be quiet in the early hours. Guests receive free drinks from coffee shop each day of stay!

Sandy Creek Cabin - Authentic Log Cabin

A rustic cabin getaway with all the comforts of home. This is the perfect location to either have the ultimate outdoor experience or just stay cozy inside and enjoy the rustic ambiance. This 4 acre property is close to a variety of outdoor attractions including the Kennerdell Overlook, Sandy Creek Bike Trail, scenic Freedom Falls, and the Sandy Creek. Enjoy the rustic space while still having access to modern luxuries such as wifi, a tv with streaming capabilities and a full kitchen.

Kingfisher's Perch

4-season cottage with amazing views of the Allegheny River with great wildlife and bird watching (bald eagles). There's a hot tub to relax in after biking (Rails to Trails bike trail), kayaking (2 available), hiking, fishing, playing (playground in the yard), shooting (.22 range in the back yard), or swimming (in the river or local waterfall) all day. Great for families or friend getaways. A home away from home, everything you need, and more for an escape to the woods.
