Recently built by ourselves New England style detached villa with 2 bedrooms, sea views and a private enclosed garden. The Master bedroom has an en-suite shower. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. The second bedroom has twin beds and a view over the rear garden and the countryside beyond. There is an open plan living space. Views of the sea from the front sitting area and master bedroom French doors from the dining area open onto a large raised deck with steps down into the garden.

Our place is ideally situated in the heart of the Victorian town of Ventnor within walking distance of Ventnor park, the beach, the town centre, Steephill cove and and the Botanical Gardens. Despite this, it is in a quiet location and the house is light and airy with wonderful sea views. It is ideally suited to families with kids of all ages, couples and groups. You'll love the comfy beds, relaxed ambiance, mod cons, ample off-street parking and huge utility room to put all your beach gear.

Located just a 5 minute walk down steps to the sea front or a more sedate 15 minutes to the esplanade, its an ideal location to enjoy all that Ventnor has to offer. The Lawn is a semi-detached cottage with a private garden. It has been completely renovated as a stone house to create a friendly holiday home for couples and friends. The building is Grade II Listed from the 1860s with the window casements, original Victorian Conservatory and shaped roof tiles and woodwork being of historic importance. 
Relaxing and fun holidays are guaranteed at The Lawn, so it’s no wonder that many guests return year after year.
