Chambls Shack provides wanderers with a slow stay, overlooking the sandy beach at Verona Sands. Chambls is a genuine shack experience, complete with 1970’s kitchen, open fireplace and light shades. Plenty of wobbly bits and sloping floors, but we’re watertight, warm and a whole load of fun. Situated 1 hour from Hobart via Huon or Channel, Chambls welcomes travellers who want to truly relax and revisit the 70’s in luxe linens, open fire and a bottle of red. Using locally grown hemp fibre - as featured on 'Grand Designs Australia' - this luxury holiday home is a first for Tasmania. Set over two levels with a central timber staircase, you will experience truly unique accommodation showcasing this incredibly versatile plant. Sleep on premium hemp linen; use hemp bathroom products; sample hemp food and enjoy a hemp gin on the deck overlooking the D'Entrecasteaux Channel. Pets welcome. Twin property 'Sativa House' is also located at the same address.

Lune, lunawuni/Bruny Island

Lune, lunawuni is a secluded, eco-friendly cabin set on 2 acres of private waterfront bushland. Overlooking the d’Entrecasteaux Channel, with views of Hartz Mountains National Park, and with direct access to the waters edge of Sheepwash Bay, the property offers guests an intimate, nature immersed escape, with comfort in mind. Lune owners Sarah and Olly acknowledge the Nununi people, Traditional Owners of the land on which the cabin stands, and pay respects to Elders past and present.

Home to the bruny baker you will awaken to the smell of sourdough baking .

Private, self-contained cabin in the Huon Valley close to Cygnet (7 min), Bruny Island & Hobart (50 min), Hartz Mountain National Park & World Heritage Area (1 hr). Bush surrounds, stunning views of the Huon River & Hartz mountains. Beaches, bushwalking, markets, relax by the fire or on the deck & admire the view. Markets every week in the valley, including the Cygnet market 1st & 3rd Sunday of the mth, Willie Smith's Artisan & Farmers Market every Saturday, 10-1.

Centrally located in the township of Alonnah on the western side of Bruny Island, The Boathouse is an ideal place to base yourself for everything that Bruny has to offer. Though, giving you the independence to seek some time out.

Aerie Retreat

AERIE retreat. A private designer apartment in the bush by the water. Walk down to the very private Wilderness Deck for exclusive use of the Timber Hot Tub, Sauna and fire pit. Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.
