Three Little Birds Cottage has three bedrooms with three en suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful, quiet, secret garden with patio and outdoor furnishings. It sleeps 10 comfortably and is located next to the Charente River in the picturesque château village of Verteuil sur Charente. You have private secured parking, a covered entertainment space with ping-pong and games. A short walk to the village gives you access to restaurants, bars, boulangerie…It’s a fun place to stay!

Kayaks ..canoës... Proche de Ruffec se situent Nanteuil en vallée et Verteuil sur Charente, deux très beaux villages pittoresques , ainsi que Pressac... très beau village flottant !

Set in the heart of Verteuil a petite citie de caractere in the Charente we welcome you to Ma jolie petite maison, a one double bedroomed gite that sleeps 4. The building is over 200 years old and has been completely refurbished in 2024. With exposed stone walls and original fireplaces, lit by vintage French chandeliers and tasteful wall lights, the gite is both cosy and comfortable. During your stay you will have exclusive use of the heated swimming pool and a large Moroccan style barn.

Le logement est situé au premier étage d'une maison à Colombage qui date du 15e siècle (une des plus anciennes maisons de Ruffec), dans une rue très calme en plein cœur du centre-ville. Idéal pour faire une étape ou visiter les beaux villages aux alentours de Ruffec. Il a été entièrement refait (décoration en cours de finition). Stationnement gratuit possible en centre ville ou dans une rue en contrebas.
