Bienvenue dans notre charmant petit mayen niché en lisière de forêt, situé à 1000m d’altitude dans la station des Paccots, au pied des préalpes fribourgeoises, proche du lac Léman et du lac de la Gruyère. Avec son grand jardin et une chambre à l'étage, ce chalet est le lieu parfait pour se ressourcer au cœur de la nature. Les activités sont multiples en été : vtt, trail, randonnées, paddle, baignades au lac ou en rivière, grimpe et en hiver : ski, ski de randonnée, raquettes, patinoire.

This apartment was renovated in 2023 to create a family atmosphere. A bar gives you the choice of having an extended aperitif while giving you the possibility of sitting down at the table later. The kitchen is modern and has a washer/dryer, a fridge, freezer, an oven, a hob with ventilation hood. Master bedroom = 1 large double bed. Second bedroom = 1 bed with 2 floors. The balcony = an appreciable view of the mountain. 1 parking space in the garage. Max. 2 adults (with 2 kids).

Die Standseilbahn nach Vevey ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

« La Varlope » , un lieu ressourçant en campagne

En pleine campagne, appartement au rez-de-chaussée, transformé avec goût en 2019 dans un ancien atelier de menuiserie. Très lumineux, il est mitoyen d'une ancienne ferme rénovée. Il possède une terrasse avec un panorama sur les moyennes montagnes. Très tranquille. Bien situé entre le Lac Léman et les Préalpes. A proximité de randonnées et de visites culturelles (Gruyère, Montreux, Vevey, Lausanne et Berne). Durée de location : minimum 4 nuits.

Nice and quiet chalet

Nice and quiet chalet built on a 3'000m2 arborized parcel, by a forest and close to hiking trails and ski tracks. The center of the village is 10 min. walk from the chalet. Les Paccots is a touristic village in the mountain, 30 min. from Lausanne and 25 min. from Montreux. The highway exist (Châtel-St-Denis) is only 5 min. far from the village.
