Michelle and I are retired professionals. Our place is close to Weirs Beach, Lester Pearson College, Galloping Goose Trail, East Sooke Regional Park. You’ll love our place because of the location, the coziness, the views, the peaceful setting. Our place is good for couples, solos and business travelers. It is c. 40 mins drive to central Victoria. We are on 2 acres of wooded property with a self-contained suite over our garage. We are frequently visited by deer, rabbits & eagles. Lic.no. 001670.

Lake Suite-priv. bedroom, living room, kitchenette

A dog-friendly locale for dog-friendly guests. Perched high on a ridge in a quiet cul-de-sac 25 minutes from Victoria and Sooke, and encompassed by raw natural beauty with a breathtaking 180-degree backdrop of Lookout Lake and mountains. Please note that during 04-05/2025 we will be renovating and expanding our service offering, including sleeping up to 4, kitchen with cooktop, full BBQ, fridge/freezer, large screen surround sound TV, bedroom TV, new furniture. Rates will be adjusted in June.

Hilltop Retreat, Spacious Suite/Private HotTub/Gym

A single home at the top of a private road with gorgeous views of the neighborhood. A quiet spot and short ride to Bear Mountain Resort, Spa and Golf course and within easy walking distance to The Loghouse Pub and shopping. Near lakes and hiking trails. Suite has 2 bedrooms, a NHL hockey media room leading out to patio area and hot tub. Kitchenette for food prep with a large number of appliances and a small gym provided. Cozy Cordova Bay suite with Ocean View

Cozy lower level space w/an ocean view, private entrance & patio. Great for couples. 5 mins from Cordova Bay beaches, Elk Lake, Mattick’s Farm, Gigis Deli & market, Adrienne's Restaurant, Cordova Bay Golf Course, Mount Douglas & more. 15 mins from the ferry & downtown (by car). Enjoy a king sized bed and a loveseat for watching TV. The loveseat is not big enough to sleep on. Pls inform me of any breakfast preferences. *Please note that the space has a lot of stairs to get to the house.

Nearby, you’ll find charming farms and restaurants. The closest bus stop is 2 km away. Your suite includes a fridge, microwave, Keurig, and kettle for basic meal prep. No smoking or scented products, please!
