This stylish new build has an open concept family room & eat-in kitchen, perfect for gathering the whole crew. In the quaint beach town of Villas, enjoy the casual, relaxed atmosphere. Free beaches, no traffic, no beach patrol (cheers), great restaurants, and this is one of the only spots on the Atlantic coast to sit in the sand & watch the sun set over the water!

One Day at a Time

My cottage is quaint, cozy and charming and is located 1 1/2 blocks from the Delaware bay. In Villas, NJ. You won’t want to miss the spectacular sunsets. Off street parking and a cozy deck to enjoy that morning coffee, lunch or dinner. Approx 15 min. drive to Wildwood or Cape May beach/ boardwalk. Beach tags are supplied with the house for Cape May beaches. We invite you to view the pictures of our home and plan to come and stay. Wineries and breweries are less than 10 minutes from the house.

Start your morning soaking in the hot tub, or sipping coffee in rocking chairs on the front porch. Just 1 block away, have the beach all to yourself in this truly secluded beach neighborhood. Enjoy one of the local waterfront eateries or the neighborhood pool. Spot a school of dolphins under a red-sky sunset before returning home to enjoy the night sea breeze and a movie in front of a wood burning fire in the outdoor gazebo. Octopus Cottage: Hot Tub | Kayaks | Fire Pit

This lovingly restored cottage, located on beachfront property, is the vacation home of your dreams! Spend your days on a kayaking adventure or fishing right off the beach. Watch the stunning sunsets steps from your back door, then stargaze from your sumptuous hot tub or make memories around a crackling bonfire. From the spa-like bathroom complete with rain head to the cinematic 50” 4K TV, you can indulge in every amenity when you come home to rest after each incredible day.

Shore house

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This three bedroom house is located two blocks from the Delaware bay. Take a nice sunset stroll down the bay or enjoy a dinner on the back deck. After the sun goes down light up the gas fire pit in the back yard to wind down! It is a short 15 minute drive to both Cape May and Wildwood if you’re visiting for the beach or just a relaxing trip. You can find many different restaurants and things to do around town!

Little Beach House pet friendly 1 block to beach

Welcome to the Little Beach House! Come relax with kids and pets alike in the fully fenced in yard located 1 block from the Delaware bay beaches and only 15-20 min drive to downtown Cape May or Wildwood. The beach house is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor shower, 2 smart TVs, luxurious linens, and lightning fast internet. There is keyless entry for your convenience. Come be our guest and enjoy the hidden gem that is the quiet Cape May Villas.

Cape May area is a versatile vacation destination all year round with award-winning restaurants, historic towns and beaches and endless activities for every group. After a day of exploring, come home to relax at our professionally designed, amenity-filled cottage on a large property overlooking a peaceful nature preserve. Take a stroll to the beach 2 blocks away to watch for dolphins and enjoy a spectacular sunset.

2 houses from Bay with hot tub, fully fenced in!

Our beach home is just two houses or 155 steps from the Delaware Bay with beautiful sunset views from the third floor balcony, off the master suite. We are only two houses from the beach (no beach tags required). We are centrally located to Wildwood & downtown Cape May and also have many local restaurants within a short drive or bike ride! We are dog friendly, there is an extra fee if $200/per dog.
