Emplacement top, vue exceptionnelle à Villefranche

Habitant Paris, j'adore venir dans ce Paradis de Villefranche sur mer. J'ai pris beaucoup de plaisir à rénover, équiper et décorer en 2019 cet appartement pour le rendre le plus agréable possible. Maintenant, mon plus grand plaisir est de prendre mon café au réveil sur la terrasse devant cette vue magnifique sur le cap Ferrat. Sa situation centrale à proximité de la vieille ville, du port et de toutes les commodités, son ascenseur et un parking municipal au pied de l'immeuble sont aussi un plus.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Villefranche.

Beautiful one bedroom apartment in the heart of Villefranche Sur Mer. Located on the second floor above a yummy bakery, it is light, bright, has a/c and is centrally located. Just a short walk to the beaches, shops and restaurants, it is spacious, comfy and has an added sense of luxury. Why not open the french doors to soak up the ambiance of the South of France or hop on the 100 bus to Monaco, Menton or Nice. Visit the antiques market in the square below or have a drink in the cafe opposite!

Stunning view on villefranche bay

My name is Christine and I would like to introduce you to Sabine and John's home in Villefranche-sur-Mer. Both of them works full time in Berlin. They lovingly decorated their apartment to make it homey for them at various times of the year. From the apartment and the extra large terrace, you will enjoy a beautiful bay view with Saint-Jean Cap-Ferrat on the foreground. The entire 2 bedroom and bathrooms apartment was been totally renovated a couple of years ago with all modern amenities.

Jobben ble utført av interiørarkitekt. Terrassene med samlet areal på 36 m2, har nydelig panoramautsikt mot bukten i Villefranche, Cap Ferrat og mot Beaulieu Sur Mer. Gode solforhold med sol fra morgen til kveld. Alle rom har egne terrasser. Leiligheten disponerer flere parkeringsplasser.

Beautiful flat in the heart of Villefranche.

A lovely flat of 40 sqm with a 30 sqm terrace, recently refurbished and with original art work. Fully equipped kitchen and equipment to match. Double bedroom with super comfy new bed giving onto terrace, and a single bed in the living room. Amazing views over the bay of Villefranche, and great for relaxing on the spacious terrace. The owners Helene and Chadwick live next door and are always there for check in/out and local knowledge. Air conditioned.
