The East Sac Home is a charming, beautiful, family cottage with all the modern amenities! We wanted to embrace the home features while being comfortable for today's family. The cottage is located in one of Sacramento's best city neighborhoods, minutes from downtown, hospitals, Sacramento State University, and centrally located to all that Sacramento has to offer. Enjoy the cottage and its tranquil garden that can accommodate family, friends, and groups. A quiet city getaway!

Our space is best for single occupant only as it shares a wall with our home. There is an extra guest fee of $40 per night. Enjoy your own space, bedroom (king bed), bathroom and kitchenette with private entrance and private patio. Please note heat/air is controlled by main house. Bright, spacious, and airy, our studio space is a standalone, very private second-story unit located directly across from the historic park. Its bright white walls, vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, privacy, views and natural wood accents give this space a soft, restorative energy.

Have fun with the whole family at this comfortable 3BD & 2BA home in a safe neighborhood in Sacramento. This place designated to be your away home because it is perfect for family group and kids (portable crib, potty, toys, kids table/chair). The house is close to many attractions: Midtown,Folsom, Roseville, Elk Grove, numerous of coffee shops, restaurants, trails, parks. Possible day trip to South Lake Tahoe, Napa or SF.
