Stylish Umbrian farmhouse in stunning countryside

Welcome to Casale Amerina, an idyllic place to rest, rebalance and revitalise. This is a much-loved Umbrian farmhouse, with stylish contemporary interior, set in wonderful Umbrian countryside. There are two bedrooms with king size beds, a comfy sitting room with a balcony, and a gorgeous kitchen-dining room with Tuscan oak beams and a fireplace. Soak up the sun on our grass lawn, relax in the shade of our olive, walnut and fig trees, or explore the local area with its wonderful hilltop towns.

Casa Tranche - Orvieto

Casa Tranche is a rustic farmhouse immersed in the Orvieto countryside, in the center of an ancient volcanic valley. Surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, it is a cosy house which preserves many inhabitants' traces through paintings, objects and books. The perfect place for communal activities and immersion in the calm of the countryside. Within an hour's drive: Orvieto, Viterbo, Civita di Bagnoregio, Bolsena lake and hot springs (Bagni San Filippo, Bagno Vignoni, San Casciano, Saturnia).

Lake Bolsena / Orvieto - Restored barn Umbria

When it was first spotted this old Umbrian cowshed had stood derelict for over 40 years and was in desperate need of some TLC. Now, newly completed (summer 2022) this traditional rural building has been lovingly restored by the owner architect, who with the help of amazing local craftsmen has sensitively combined the best of contemporary design with traditional restoration work. We hope that you will love staying here, its an amazing place and a great base for all you Umbrian adventures!

The house is nestled in the green Umbrian countryside in the municipality of San Gemini providing panoramic views and is the perfect place for relaxing and spending time between gastronomic and cultural locations. It offers easy access to historic villages and natural attractions such as Marmore Falls, Narni, Todi, Spoleto and easy connections to Rome and Florence. It also provides opportunities to spend time in nature via walking and cycling tracks or relaxing by the swimming pool.

Casa Erica

**Please scroll down for many guest reviews** Idyllic historic family home with private garden. Casa Erica is a fully restored ancient monastery on a quiet street in the charming town of Lubriano. The large private garden is a treasure of tranquility with cherry and olive trees, roses and herbs. The living room has high beamed ceilings with doors opening onto the garden. Shops and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk. There is a free shuttle bus to Civita.

Bolsena House

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.

Perfect for the Jubilee, only 35 minutes from the north of Rome, an Italian villa with a blissful energy. It offers many spots to be in nature, the private beach, the pool, the secret garden, the marble table, the viewpoint patio, the terrace. Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works.
