Experience tiny home living in a new tiny house on a lifestyle block. All on a single level with a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom with flushing toilet and fully equipped kitchen. Water to the tiny house is UV treated, filtered and hot water is gas heated. Enjoy relaxing on the deck or chill out in the lounge/dining room with a 43" TV surround sound system.

Frankie's place

We have the perfect spot for resting on your way to or from Wellington. You will stay amongst the fruit trees. The birdlife is great. Our tiny home is on our section 20mtrs from our house. You have your own separate entrance & parking space. we are 5 min north of Otaki, 10 min from Levin & Waikawa Beach . The Manakau Market & The Greenery garden centre are close. We are a family of five and especially in summer we spend a lot of time outside so expect the normal sounds of family life.

Kokomea - peaceful rural self-contained studio

Kokomea - means the glow of the sunset. This is a private peaceful property with a pleasant rural outlook towards the Hemi Matenga ridge. The studio is separate from the house with its own private outdoor space. Kokomea is just 2 mins drive from the beautiful Te Hapua beach and a shorter distance to Sudbury's wedding venue. Sunsets over Kapiti Island from the beach are stunning. Waikanae and Waikanae beach with its restaurants and bars are 6 ks away. Otaki's shops are 10 mins away.

As well as full cooking facilities. Time it right and you can help yourself to seasonal produce from the garden and free range eggs from our lovely chooks.

Using many of the passive house principles it features a polished concrete floor throughout, soaking up the heat in the day and putting it back into the house at night. It is warm and inviting and the decor clean and uncluttered so you can really own the space.
