Reflective of the era in which it was built, with low ceilings (7 foot!) & cozy spaces, as well as a private patio. (NO A/C. NO pets.) The cottage is in a residential cul-de-sac 3 blocks UP the hill from the center of town. 10 minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park, 5 minute drive to The Stanley & Safeway, walkable .7 mile to Skyview. WiFi & ROKU included.

Cozy EP cottage close to Main Street, the Stanley and Rocky Mountain National Park. 2 bedrooms 1 bath in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to enjoy downtown EP yet experience the wildlife of Estes. There is no smoking at the cottage either inside or out. If you, or one of your guests smoke please choose different accommodations. The cottage does have a garage/basement however parking in the garage is prohibited due to the tight fit.
