Filtered lake views from the enclosed porch, deck, and patio. Weber gas grill, Adirondack chairs, fire pit, and plenty of firewood. Fully equipped kitchen. Winter: Park at ski shop. Ski in/out cabin is ON the trail system. Private, cozy, fully equipped cabin at Garnet Hill in the ADK forest. Gas fireplace, grill and screened in porch. Steps from hiking trailheads. Access (not lakefront) to protected 13th Lake with sandy beach. Two one-seat kayaks come with the rental. Mountain biking (cabin is on the trails), white water rafting, and tubing nearby. Please note: this is a NOT a hotel/condo or business Airbnb. it has been in our family for 30 years!

Our home is located off a private road in the town of Warrensburg. Our waterfront has no motorized boats so it is perfect for swimming, tubing, kayaking or canoeing and offers great trout fishing.

Our Happy Place - Spectacular views and wildlife!

You'll love this property for all it has to offer! This is a beautiful and spacious loft with great views of the lake directly across the street. The guest residence is decorated in a rustic adirondack style, with spacious living room, kitchen and 2 decks overlooking the lake, and plenty of parking. Comfy queen sized beds in both bedrooms. Master bedroom has cooling mattress, so you'll sleep like a baby! The living room can accommodate a couple of additional people.
