This comfortable first floor guest suite is located in a charming home in the heart of the historic College Hill neighborhood, only minutes away from Brown University, the Rhode Island School of Design, the new walking bridge and downtown Providence. The entrance is private and secure with self-check-in via a lockbox. On-street parking for one car is available with our guest parking permit. It grants parking for 5 days within the same month.

This is a second floor apt. There are 2 bedrooms with a private entrance/exit for each. The rooms are not huge but the apt. is cozy and comfortable. Kitchen is spacious with coffee maker, frig, stove, microwave, air fryer. Bathroom is unique, it has a shower and separate bath tub. Also, this apt is for 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults. Wifi included. Parking, garden, pets allowed. Extra fee for pets.
