Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Located in the town of Hancock known for its Rails and Trails and proximity to the C and O canal. Blue Hill is a renovated farmhouse in the quiet town of Hancock. It offers three spacious bedrooms and and two full baths. There is a daybed located in the "changing room" between the main bedroom and main bath as well as an air mattress. Enjoy time hiking, kayaking, and boating in this quaint town located right off route 70.

There is no dock or direct path to the river. We’re next door if you need anything. Early check-in /late check-out may be accommodated for a $20/hr fee, subject availability.
