Our house has two apartments with separate entrances. Each one has a full bath, kitchen and bedroom with a high quality, comfortable queen bed . Welcome to our country church by the beach. Get the benefit of being just minutes from the beach yet the privacy of seeing stars at night in a woodsy setting. You'll be able to sit on your private patio at night with a fire under the string lights. Try our favorite ice cream shop down the street or a short drive to downtown Wakefield. Take the morning to surf & the afternoon to lay on the beautiful beaches. This apartment is perfect for families or small groups. Easily accessible on one level.

Shamrock House 2 miles to the beach, 4 mi to URI!

The Shamrock House 1st floor apartment is walking distance to local restaurants, bike path and shopping. Beach pass for the town beach. Newport is a 30 minute scenic drive away. This light filled, spacious 2 bedroom apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen and new appliances. The apartment has a private entrance with parking and a private porch. The University of Rhode Island is 4.1 mile drive away. There are more than 15 beaches to visit in southern RI. Your adventure starts here.

Blue Dream BnB

This is a 1,400 sq ft private in-law apartment with your own locked entrance completely separate from the house. The 1st floor has two bedrooms with new queen beds and a full bath. The 2nd floor has a full kitchen, pull out couch, full bath and room for an inflatable bed. Child and dog friendly with pack n play and water bowls on hand. Please look at our reviews to see if we would be a good fit. A few miles from several local beaches, Newport and the Block Island Ferry. 4:20 friendly.

Havana Club - Ground Floor Apartment

Old world charm with a Cuban theme. The house, located on the mainland in South Kingstown, is called "The Havana Club" because that is the name of Cuba's most famous rum, and because I have many years' experience going there. This space is a separate apartment, approximately 800 sq ft. Outside is a spacious lawn, hammock, outdoor shower with hot water, picnic table, grill and chiminea. Two miles from the ocean, in a vacation area, so much to do and see and enjoy.

Potter Suite, Historic Wakefield Apartment

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfect home base. Centrally located in downtown Wakefield. Walk to the bike path and restaurants. 10 minutes to town and state beaches. Beach Chairs and towels provided. 10 minutes to the University of Rhode Island and a perfect place for home football and basketball games. Laundry facilities on the property. Nicely appointed kitchen, with a full refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven/ air fry, stove, and oven.
