Relax and recharge at this bucolic 24 acre retreat perched up on a stunning country road. With expansive 180 degree views of Mt Mansfield (Stowe ski resort), your own trails to explore, and great hiking/XC trails nearby, The Lookout is a truly special spot for a romantic or low key getaway in the mountains. Feel away from it all, with tons to explore out your back door, while having modern amenities in a renovated, beautifully designed barn < 15 min to Stowe Village and 10 min to Morrisville.

Caribou Cottage Ski/Snowboard Studio

Take off your ski or snowboard boots and hang up your gear to dry in the convenient mudroom, then walk into the bright and airy studio where there is ample seating. You can dine in or go out, we do have a kitchenette that includes microwave, small fridge and mini toaster oven, we do not have a full size oven. In the evening retreat upstairs to a spacious sleeping area that overlooks the entire studio. We live full time on site in the main house, the garage/barn separates us from the cottage.

Private entry, driveway and apartment. Host occupies upstairs unit.

Propane fridge, lighting and stove and also an outdoor grill. No electric. No running water but water is provided and available. There is an OUTHOUSE. Hiking, mountain biking, relax....experience VT. Nestled in the mountains with a beautiful pond right outside your door. We reside on the property yet a fair distance from the cabin.

Badger Cottage offers a true rustic Vermont experience nestled in the woods with spectacular views and a quiet and peaceful ambiance. Once a barn, carefully reconstructed on the owners’ property, and modernized to today’s standards, this post and beam cabin is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer. Well behaved dogs are very welcome and will enjoy the walks in the woods. Covid vaccinations are required. The owners live in an adjacent house with their very friendly Border Terrier
