StayHereOBX is a newly renovated beachfront cottage located on “the beach road” in Kill Devil Hills. You will enjoy incredible ocean views and amazing sunrises in a quiet yet central location. You are just steps to the sand with easy beach access, at a great OBX surf spot. Take a short walk to local shops and restaurants like Ashley’s Coffee, Mom’s Sweet Shop, Brew Thru, as well as fun activities like mini-golf and go-carts. Linens, beach supplies, grill, WiFi, and much more are included.

Whether you start your day with a short 5-minute walk for a famous OBX oceanfront sunrise, or finish your evening in our 7-person hot tub, you will not be disappointed. Plus, our high-speed internet and cable service make it perfect for those that need to stay connected, either for school or work. Min renter age is 24

After the beach, shop at Premier Shopping Outlets 1/2 a mile away. Walk to Pier, Sam and Omie/ Cahouns.

Free parking on premises for 3 cars. Sheets and towels provided. Drip coffee maker & Keurig available. 1/2 mile to the Wright Brothers Monument

Flat Top Bungalow

Original 1954 Southern Shores flat top which has been completely renovated. You will have the entire first floor. Owners added a second story and reside upstairs. Very private with a separate entry. Just a short walk of 1/4 mile to the beach. House includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, full kitchen and covered front porch. 50 inch tv with roku, WiFi. There is a private back yard and an outside shower. 2 parking spaces for guests.

Ocean Front Beach House Kearney Castle

Enjoy a home right on the beach. You can see the ocean from most rooms. Sit on the deck and see your family play on the beach, simmer in the hot tub overlooking the ocean, walk to fish head pier, minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. This is a great beach get away for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). In season (from April thru September) we only do full week Sunday to Sunday rentals.
