Enjoy the multi level outdoor deck with lush landscape or hang out upstairs with floor to ceiling windows and a perfect view of the Rodanthe Pier. The interior exhibits wide plank pine floors, cypress ship lap & custom hickory stairs with mahogany inlay and live cedar accents. The kitchen has concrete counters and a farm sink.

As experienced hosts, we purchased this property in April due to its strong rental history of five-star reviews, as seen in the photos. We named it, Whispering Pines, due to the two large pine trees that provide privacy for the expansive front porch with a secure gate — perfect for your dog. The age requirement is 26 yrs old and above to rent this property. When you arrive at Whispering Pines vacation home, you will find an oceanside beach retreat, perfect for friends, couples, or families.

Waves Landing is tucked away on a private lot directly on the Pamlico Sound featuring a large back yard with bulkhead & private 35’ dock. Offering a prime location for world class watersports such as kite boarding and wind surfing as well as leisure water sports like fishing, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. “The Slick” if you know, you know. And just a 5 minute walk to the beach!

Constructed in 2022, this comfortable home is the perfect place for a carefree getaway. It's just a few minutes walk to the beach. Also, walk to Waves Market. They have a great beer/wine selection, an amazing deli, and plenty of groceries to assemble a meal.
