Original 1940's beach cottage lovingly restored and updated for another eighty years of use for our family and our guests. Set on the first Valla beach street surrounded by homes used for generations by families from Armidale for their year round beach holidays. It's just a gentle downhill stroll to the 5 km long dog friendly beach backed by untouched forest reserve and an equally easy amble up to the cafe with its beautiful coffees and food. Beach Studio Pet Friendly

The perfect couples getaway. Large studio, private deck with garden views. Modern bathroom and European style kitchenette with dishwasher, washer and dryer. Short walk to back beach. Pets welcome. Please note we live next door in the main house and our dogs (GSD and Chihuahua) will bark occasionally. Neighbours also have dogs that sometimes bark. If you hate dogs, please book elsewhere. Please read policies and rules before booking with a pet. Note: you will hear some noise from the main house

Bello Away is located in our back garden. This self-contained TEENY TINY home with attached covered bamboo verandah has all you need for your stay. A comfy double bed, fresh cotton sheets, doona, bathtowels, tv, microwave, fridge, electric 2-plate cooker and washing machine. The verandah has a lovely chilled vibe. Relax and enjoy your morning coffee, or take a leisurely stroll to town (12-15min walk/3 min drive) to the many vibrant cafes, pubs, boutiques and a plethora of culinary delights.
