On top of all the room indoors, there's 1,000 sq ft of decking w/ large shade trees to sit & enjoy one of the best views of Lake Ontario that you will ever see!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home, overlooking Lake Ontario, nestled up to Port Bay. This spacious home gives guests room to spread out and take in all the property has to offer. This lake home boasts panoramic views of Lake Ontario from the top of the bluffs. Watch the unmatched sunrises and sunsets every morning and night. Enjoy the large deck, fire pit, private rock beach, media/arcade room, and more! This property also has another cottage available for rent next door.

Port Bay Getaway

Looking for a Port Bay Getaway? This is the place for you. Almost 200 feet waterfront with a permanent dock and boat lift. Plenty of seating to enjoy the outside by the water or the house. Fire pits on both levels and a covered gazebo next to one. Great home and area for relaxing, swimming in the bay, boating, fishing and enjoying peaceful time. Sodus Bay and Finger Lake Region are nearby with restaurants, wineries and breweries. Hosts are available to answer questions as needed.

Direct access to water leading to Port Bay off of Lake Ontario. 2 sit-on, 2 sit-in kayaks, canoe, SUP, and paddleboat for guests to enjoy. 15 minutes to Fairhaven Beach, 20 minutes to Chimney Bluffs, 30 minutes to Sodus Point Beach, 40 minutes to Cayuga Lake State Park and then the surrounding Finger Lakes. An hour to Rochester or Syracuse. Wineries and breweries within 20 minutes. Golf course 5 minutes away.
