Unbelievable sunsets & directly on Sodus Bay w/ watersport equipment! This waterfront family cottage, built in 1950 by my grandfather, retains its vintage charm but has been renovated to offer modern features. It's perched above Sodus Bay w/ perfect sunset views & stairs down to private seasonal dock, sitting area, private rock beach, 2-person & 1-person kayaks, canoe, & floats. Renovations include HVAC, ceiling fans, flooring, windows, paint, full-size washer/dryer, & mostly new furniture.
