The private fully fenced courtyard is yours to use; ideal to sit and unwind with a wine after a hard day! Enjoy your independent, cheap and cheerful stay!

Tiny House Train-Eco stay

Thank you for renting the train as this really helps me. The train runs on solar power, all your water is spring water and is a great example of up cycling and recycling. The tiny house train is located on a 10 acre/4.2 hectare organic blueberry farm and was restored in 2018 and turned into a tiny house in May 2019. There is a cozy log burner plus electric blanket and heat pumps. There is a smart TV Netflix supplied . Wifi is Starlink with laptop friendly kitchen table. Self checkin after 2pm.

Self contained small private studio for singles or couples. Views overlooking Island Bay valley. Five minute walk downhill to the shops, cafes and a cinema nearby. A regular bus service to city and a 10 minute drive to the airport. Comfortable double bed, sink bench, microwave, bench oven, fridge, Nespresso machine, smart TV with Netflix and free WiFi. Outside areas to sit and relax. On street parking. This space is ideal for guests who prefer well-planned compact living. Hosts live upstairs.

Excellent village lifestyle with local restaurants and cafés or wander down to the licensed Plimmerton boating club

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 5 mins to the beach. Cute private secluded cottage with its own sunny outdoor area to relax and enjoy. Excellent space for a couple with an option for 2 extras in a studio on request Office space with desk, office chair, wifi printer. Sonos system, smart TV with access to several streaming services. We’re a dog friendly environment if you have a well behaved pooch they can stay too 2 friendly dogs and your hosts live at the main house

Tiny Inner City Cottage

Cute and quirky 1890s Cottage on the city fringe. A 15ish min walk to the heart of the city or Oriental Bay. A nice little private courtyard with BBQ & a little balcony off the bedroom where you can look out at the neighbouring houses and beyond. Light bfast included. The bathroom is OUTSIDE across the courtyard. The stairs to the bedroom are narrow and steep. Gary my cat stays, let me know if you'd like to feed him, he's super friendly. 3rd guest can stay on the cosy day bed/couch

Our Property is located in the Village of Lake Ferry, South Wairarapa. We have 2 separate Bach's on site - Bach 1 Separate Bedroom with an open plan lounge/kitchen - Bach 2 Studio fully open plan We live on site at the rear of the property. Tourist Attractions: 3min drive & or (3-8min walk) - Lake Onoke, Seaside & Lake Ferry Hotel 20-30min drive - Ngawi Village, Palliser Bay Lighthouse, Putangirua Pinnacles, Pirinoa Village and the town of Martinborough.
