Newly renovated with a lovely kitchen & bathroom. This house has 2 bedrooms, (1 queen bed and 2twin beds). The home is sunny and has been designed with comfort in mind. The cottage is fully equipped with a kitchenette, including fridge, countertop convection oven and microwave. The stove does not work. Dishes, pots and pans as well as utensils. We stock the cottage with basic towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap and kitchen towels. Barbeque and picnic table for eating by the water. Our home (Trillium House) is a beautifully restored heritage farmhouse circa 1811. It is located on a quiet country road surrounded by farmer's fields and across the road from East Lake. We are perfectly situated in the heart of Prince Edward County wine country within minutes of Sandbank Provincial Park beaches, art galleries, antique shops, and the famous Mustang drive-in movie theater. Our family friendly place is good for family gatherings, couples or retreats.

The Lake St. Carriage House (Year Round Hot Tub)

Great for families, multiple friends, and couples looking to be within walking distance to all restaurants, shops and Theatre. It is a 10 minute drive to the Sandbanks Provincial Park, and close to all the County's wineries, distilleries, and craft breweries. It is also steps from the Millennium Trail for those who enjoy jogging, walking and biking. If Golf is what you are looking for it is only a 5 minute drive to the Picton Golf & Country Club.
