Kitchen w/SS appliances, WiFi and private outdoor shower. While we are a Dog Friendly home (we have 2 of our own), we ask you to walk your dog and not allow in the backyard, thank you!

Washer/dryer, sunporch, deck, den/office and plentiful onsite parking. Back of 1.3 acre property provides private access to Cold Spring Bike Path with an outdoor shower and firepit.

Original CM Lifeguard HQ, now dog-friendly suite

Relax in a spacious, private suite nestled on 1.5 acres in a premier birding area of Cape Island. You are staying in Cape May's original Lifeguard Headquarters, renovated with a new deck, patio, bathroom, and beautiful views of Shunpike Pond. Includes a private deck and patio, BBQ, parking, Queen bed, kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster, and coffee bar. The suite does not have a separate bedroom. It is attached to the main house. Beach tags, chairs, and an umbrella are included.

You’ll love my place because of the beachfront access, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). Private house right behind the Washington Inn. 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, living room and dining room. Master bedroom has queen size bed. Second bedroom has 2 twins and fold up cot. Great for small families or couples. Wifi and smart TVs in BRs and LR. Outback is a nice private fenced in yard. Outside shower to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach and private parking for up to 2 cars. We are a pet friendly rental with a pet fee of $100 per dog.

Minimum age renter 21 / ID Verified; NO PETS. Renter must stay for rental duration. Capacity 5 adults; adult/child/infant exceptions if equivalent to 5 adults; extra person charge $40/person/day; max 7 adults (snug). Please provide guest's first names/ages. For years, we searched for the perfect beach getaway: secluded, tranquil, yet close to attractions. We found it in Beachwalk. Peaceful. Private. Conveniently located at the quiet southern end of Broadkill Beach. While the north side is denser with homes and more crowded, the southern end provides a more private beach experience with far fewer visitors. The ideal beach retreat where it's just you, the sand, and the sea.
