The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

The cottage is set in a rural location where you can look out from all rooms across the fields, spotting horses, sheep and cows. The cottage is animal and children friendly, with plenty of walks straight from the door. The living space is open planned with one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs.
