With walking trails from your front door you will find yourself exploring the quiet lagoon, reserve and surf beach within walking distance. The ideal location for Aurora chasing. Located only a five minute drive from the center of South Arm and 30 minutes from Hobart. This space is perfect for a little get away to relax and enjoy or as a base to explore Southern Tasmania.

"Hayesdale." Charming 3 bedroom cottage Sandy Bay

Hayesdale is a very warm, stylish and comfortable character Federation home with three bedrooms and small garden set in the perfect location in old Sandy Bay where you can walk to Battery Point, the famous Salamanca precinct, Wrest Point Casino, Hobart waterfront and cbd. Close by shops, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, beaches, parks and public transport are at the end of the street. This is a wonderful base to explore Hobart and beyond.

"The Cave" is a stylish and unique self-contained apartment under my centrally located 1885 West Hobart home. It is a 15 minute walk to the city centre and a short walk to the Elizabeth Street North Hobart cafe strip. With the stairs to the entry and the bed in a raised platform "nook", "The Cave" may not be for everyone, but if you're looking for well located lodgings that ooze atmosphere I think you'll love it!

It is a beautiful place to have a drink or dinner and take Hobart in. The apartment has a North facing deck, so you can enjoy an afternoon drink in the sun.
