Enjoy country living in our charming and unique 1890s guest house. Situated on 12 acres in horse country. Great location - 20 minutes to Portland, 25 minutes to Oregon Wine Country, 90 minutes to the coast and five minutes from I-5 and Wilsonville. Bedroom with comfy pillow top queen bed. Breakfast nook with refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. Also conveniently located near the Trolley Trail Loop, a 19 mile long meandering walking/cycling trail through a series of quiet communities.

I have a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath house with a family room, dinning area & open kitchen. All bedrooms have queen beds, I also have an air mattress if additional sleep space is needed. All bedrooms have closets, one bedroom has a desk and chair for a work space if needed. There is a yoga space set up in the garage w/ mat and mirrors that you are welcome to use. High speed internet and a fully fenced in back yard with a covered space, table and chairs for relaxing or entertaining.

Relax in a Gladstone oasis overlooking an untouched trail and forested area. A cozy, bright, and private spot. I hope you connect with my affinity for vintage art and clean lines! You’ll have the entire house and 1/3 acre to yourself. Less than 30 minutes from most anywhere in Portland Metro, 10 mins to historic Oregon City, and 1 hr to Mt. Hood. This is a dog friendly (no cats), non-smoking house. The large yard is on a dead-end street, though not fenced.

This home is in a great location only a 10 minute walk to downtown Lake Oswego where you'll find a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shopping. It's also just a five minute walk from the Willamette River, so bring your kayaks and SUPs to explore all that Lake Oswego has to offer, or take a short Uber ride (10 minutes) into downtown Portland. Lastly, the lot is next to one of the oldest homes in Lake Oswego- built when Lake Oswego was known as Sucker Creek
