Little haven by the woods

This is a walk-out basement with two private entrances, and it’s own private outside area. The patio has comfy furniture with a bbq. The kitchen is small, yet efficient with large windows. The bedroom is cozy and comfy with a large smart tv on the wall. The bedroom has a 3/4 wall dividing it from the rest of the apt, but no actual door. So it could be considered a “studio”. We are steps from the trail heads into Blue Mt park. We’re also walking distance to the metro north & downtown.

Cozy, small studio on quiet block. Near Main Street, Roundhouse, hiking, restaurants. Fully private space & entrance, shared backyard, new A/C, wifi. Walk everywhere. Queen-sized bed. BEFORE YOU BOOK - 200 year old house - hosts live upstairs and there is another guest apartment. You WILL NOTICE sounds from others. QUIET HOURS from 10 PM to 8 AM. Cliff Top at Turtle Rock

Cliff Top retreat with a one hundred mile view of the Shawangunk's and the Catskill Mountains, surrounded by thousands of acres of ancient forest. Conveniently located in the Hudson Valley Wine and Orchard country. Twenty minutes from Beacon and New Paltz. Furnished with mid-century and 18th century period furniture and art work, yet with all the modern conveniences. Uber and Lift an easy five minutes away. The ancient forest contains many Stone Age rock shelters and calendar sites.

Newly built apartment steps from Mohonk preserve.

Nestled amongst the trees below Bonticou Crag this is a great base camp for climbing, hiking and biking. Five minutes from New Paltz; I do recommend having a car to access the area. Shared yard and fire pit right outside. My family and I live in the main part of the house. The outside area and house are still under construction, I’m working on it but its not put together yet. The apartment and inside area are clean and newly built with their own mini split and air circulation.

Guests have their own parking space, a private first-floor entrance, private full bathroom, patio, BBQ and fire pit! Pool available seasonably.

For those who like to shop we are located only 20 minutes to the Woodbury Commons and only a 45 minute drive to NYC. Also Stuart International Airport is only a short drive from here.

The Treecastle at the Roundhouse Homestead

The Treecastle started as a vision when I was a child, but came to life during the quarantine of 2020. Escaping into the woods and surrounded by nature, the treecastle is supported on one end completely by a mature pin oak with hardware from Treehouse Masters TV show.
