This comfortable studio has a queen bed & bathroom facilities along with your own private outdoor area. The studio has a kitchenette, microwave, free parking, Wi Fi, TV and basic essentials. Katikati is a small mural town nestled near the Kaimai Ranges and the Tauranga Harbour. It is close to Waihi Beach and the Karangahake Gorge which has amazing walks, cycle trails and lots more.

Although small our place is cozy, with a comfortable bed, wifi & Netflix, cooking facilities and utensils, with all the views of the Kaimai that one could want. A spacious deck with waterfall views and walnut trees compliments the cabin. It is situated on a 20-acre rural property, with a 20-minute drive to downtown Tauranga and a 10-minute drive to Bethlehem and Tauriko Crossing, offering dining and shopping options. Continental breakfast is included. Uber Eats also delivers!

Welcome to our self contained Cottage. We offer a studio room located in a Rural setting on a Thoroughbred horse farm with views of the Kaimai Range. Being approximately 5mins drive from Matamata gives you the best of being in the Country and close to a Rural Town offering you excellent Restaurants, Cafes and Shops. We are also about 15mins drive from the film location of Hobbiton. With great views of the Kaimai Ranges you are also 30-40mins drive from Tauranga and Mount Maunganui.

Best of all, start up a fire to heat the hot tub, keep piling on the wood and in about three hours, lie back and relax under the stunning milky way.

Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.

This properties entrance is on the Hauraki Cycle Trail, only 2.5 km from town. The cottage is surrounded by farm land. You will have exclusive use of this 3 bedroom country home which easily accommodates 7 people. An 11 minute drive to the sensational Wairere Falls bush walk . 17 minutes to Hobbiton Movie set . Has foam mattresses for groups up to 11 as well as a portacot. Please be aware of electric fences on driveway( but not near house surroundings )
