Our comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, 2nd floor condo (with elevator) is located in the lovely Westport by the Sea complex, just steps away from your toes in the sand! It has a view of the State Park and just a few mins walk to the tallest lighthouse in Washington. No ocean view but located in one of the newest buildings with great amenities such as big jetted tub inside and pool, hot tub, gym, putting green, basketball court, outdoor play area, bbq area, etc. outside. CONSTRUCTION SPECIAL: from June 9th to mid-Sept there will be construction/repair work happening next door to this unit Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm. For this reason, I have greatly discounted the nightly rate for Sunday to Thursday nights (except holidays). You may experience construction noise during this time and there may be scaffolding outside one of the windows. Please discuss with me if you have questions. The work on this unit has already been completed. All amenities are still available.

The entrance to the beach is at the Westport Light State Park, only a 1/4 mile walk/drive away. It is also within walking distance of the Grays Harbor Lighthouse and less than 10 minutes to the marina.

Enjoy a break with an evening fire or Netflix movie (Roku smart TV). Log wood/open beams interior with AC/Heat from new mini-split. Comfortably sleeps 3 adults/3-4 children. Propane grill, crab pots, board games, patio set, beach chairs/towels/blanket, bikes and kids sand toys onsite.

Ocean front property with private trail to 18 miles sandy beach, where you can walk, bike, play kite, fishing, catch crabs or dig razor clams. Suitable for relaxing vacation, or working remotely from this quiet home. Wedding and other events are welcomed with $100-$200 extra cleaning fee.
