The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Large great room with fireplace & windows overlooking backyard stream. 1 master bedroom, 1 separate guest room, 1 open sleep loft (2 twin beds) Enjoy evenings on the deck, or by the outdoor fire pit listening to the stream that leads to a small waterfall. Surrounded by serene Catskills countryside, you’ll feel a world away, yet still be just minutes from outdoor activities, a thriving food scene, and Bethel Woods just 35 min away. Inside, you’ll stay cool with AC, a cozy queen bed, kitchenette, dining table, reliable wifi, and full bath. Outside, relax by the fire pit or cook on the charcoal grill. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive space.

Warm Months: MAY-SEP 3 Kayaks, 2 Paddle Boards, Hot Tub in an under deck privacy nook, 2 Hammocks, Fishing Dock with Deck Chairs, and a Pontoon Boat (for use as 'dock living room' not for boating) Cold Months: NOV-MAR Admire cold/frozen lake from inside, or from the outdoor Hot Tub (with winter wind screen)

Lakeside Studio on White Lake

This lovely studio rests on the shore of the beautiful Kauneonga Lake. The newly renovated interior creates a warm and relaxing space to take in the amazing sunset views over the lake. The studio is part of a larger building but has private rear yard access, all other spaces are on the road side. Located on Restaurant Row and just a few minutes away from the Historic Bethel Woods Center for the Arts (Home of the original Woodstock). * In the summer months we have boat slips directly in front.
