Cool Mountain House with Lake Access

The house is in a private forest in the White Mountains. Visitors have access to the Mountain Lakes facilities. Kancamagus Scenery Byway, Groton Lake, and Loon are nearby. Well equipped kitchen and a outdoor gas BBQ make gourmet cooking joyful. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with a Queen bed, and 3 twin beds, and a full bath. A powder room, washer and dryer are provided. HDTV, WIFI/ land-line phone are available. Bring flea spray and a compass, be careful with animals in the woods.

A cherished and spacious 4-season family vacation home welcomes you. Hike, bike and ski nearby. Skate or snowmobile on the frozen lake. From the private beach or dock, push off with our 3 kayaks, paddleboard or paddle boat. We provide fishing poles, air mattresses, and kids toys, as well as tennis and pickleball rackets and golf clubs for free games minutes down the road. Grill dinner and eat on the covered deck, or sit in the Adirondack chairs at the firepit as the sun sets over the lake.
