Spectacular two bedroom, fourth floor apartment with amazing panoramic views over the English Channel, the River Teign and the town of Teignmouth. Double bedroom with ensuite shower room, twin bedroom and king-size sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen includes washer/dryer and dishwasher. Bi-fold doors open on to the large, south-facing balcony which is furnished with comfortable seating and table. Grand Banks has private parking for two vehicles, EVCP, fitness suite and lifts.

Our little cottage is known as 'the cottage with the little pink kitchen'. Our home is colourful, fun & the perfect waterside getaway for chill time, cosy home comforts and evening dinners out only a stroll away. We are only metres away from the water, The Salutation Inn, local pubs & shops. The Exmouth Walking trail is all outside the front door. Or, just enjoy the free-standing bath or an evening BBQ, with Topsham's many independent little shops a few metres away. Note; has steep stairs.
