Holly Tree Cottage - A Hidden Gem in the Old Town

A beautiful hidden cottage on the edge of the Old Town, tucked away among the trees with private driveway, front garden and just a few minutes stroll through the vintage shops, award-winning restaurants, bars and cafes to the beach. Our historic cottage has been newly restored to a high standard with contemporary furnishings and bespoke features throughout. Located in a perfect green and tranquil spot, the wonderful Turner Contemporary art Gallery and main sands are just a 3 minute walk away.

Furnished with all you need for a holiday by the seaside, the cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, relaxing sitting room, sunny double bedroom and a great attic twin. Small, secure cottage garden. All linen and bath towels provided. Free WiFi. Off-road parking for one small car. Dogs Welcome. Pets will be charged at £25 for the stay. Bell Cottage is situated in the rural village of Ringwould in Kent which is one of the oldest villages in the country. Offering stunning walks and views over the countryside towards the coast. Located between our beautiful hometown of Deal, which was voted one of the UK's best seaside towns and Dover, home to the famous White Cliffs and Dover Castle. Both being a short drive away. Our cottage is set back approx 12 metres of the busy main A258. We are approx 2 miles from main Deal town.

Waverley Cottage is in the heart of Whitstable's Conservation Area just a stone's throw from the harbour, beach and bustling High Street. There are 2 bright and airy bedrooms and a sofa bed downstairs. It is a perfect base for couples, family and friends to enjoy all that Whitstable has to offer. Waverley Cottage is opposite a friendly, historic pub that sometimes has live music and tables outside, so may disturb children at night. PLEASE NOTE there is free street parking but no driveway.

Hop Cottage is our beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage with private gardens and Hot Tub located on our small organic farm a stay here provides is an oasis of peace and tranquility in the heart of the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We are surrounded by fields, ancient woodlands and wildlife. Our cottage is ideal for getting together with friends, families (with kids), and anyone who just needs to unwind. The Hot tub is for exclusive use of Hop Cottage guests.

Bay Cottage -last minute special offer!

Bay Cottage is a beautiful 18th century cottage located in the heart of the of Broadstairs. The beach, shops and restaurants are only 2 minutes walk away. We are happy to accept dogs but we ask for guests not to allow them upstairs in the bedrooms. An additional pet fee of £25.00 will be requested on booking. The cottage has a large enclosed rear patio garden. Free parking is available 2 minutes walk away on the Eastern Esplanade.
