Cozy family house with spacious garden

Spacious and comfortably furnished house with a beautifull, sunny garden. The house has a modern cozy living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Excellent wifi. It is located in a quiet street, within walking distance of shops, forests and heath and near the Lakes of Loosdrecht. It is 30 minutes by car to Amsterdam, Utrecht and Schiphol. Public transport takes approximately one hour (return possible untill 23 hrs). The house is suitable for a family or couples, not for groups of young people.

Unieke plek met uitzicht over de Vecht.

In het pittoreske Nigtevecht, maar toch dichtbij Amsterdam, staat het uniek gelegen vakantiehuis aan de brede rivier/ meer de Vecht. Het chalet staat op een groot vrijstaand perceel, direct aan het water met vrij uitzicht over de landerijen. Met prive parkeerplek. Een heerlijke plek voor de rustzoeker. Maar ook de gelegenheid om vertier in de omgeving op te zoeken. Vissen op de steiger of zwemmen in het schone water van de Vecht, het kan hier allemaal. Aan het chalet is een veranda gebouwd.

Welkom in ons familie vakantiehuis! Een dubbel chalet aan het water met in het midden een groot terras, gegarandeerd de hele dag zon op een zomerse dag. Het familie chalet is gezellig, gasten vertellen ons dat ze zich er direct thuis voelen. Door de nodige voorzieningen kan iedereen comfortabel genieten van de vakantie: zwemmen, varen, suppen, tafeltennissen, BBQen, etc. Binnen vijf minuten varen ben je op de Loosdrechtse Plassen, of bij de supermarkt in het pittoreske Loenen aan de Vecht.

Welkom! Je vindt een luxe ingericht appartement op een landelijke locatie. Op korte afstand zijn de prachtige bossen en landgoederen ('s-Graveland), de heide en het water (o.a. Loosdrechtse Plassen) waar u Corona-proof kunt genieten. Amsterdam is 30 km en Utrecht 25km. Bushalte voor de deur. De slaapkamer heeft een Boxspring-bed (Swiss Sense, 160x200), aparte keuken/woonkamer, en badkamer. Bijzonder is de muurtekening met enkele highlights van de omgeving. - Geen huisdieren - Geen ontbijt

Tienhoven is een heerlijk rustig dorp in de natuur

De Polderschuur is een zelfstandige woning voor maximaal 2 personen, met alle voorzieningen die u zich kunt wensen. Op de benedenverdieping komt u binnen in de gezellige woonkamer met keuken. In de lichte, stijlvol ingerichte woonkamer is het heerlijk toeven. Ontspan op de grote bank met een goed boek of kijk een film of uw lievelingsprogramma op de tv met uitstekend geluidssysteem en radio. De keuken heeft een koelkast, vaatwasser, combimagnetron, snelkookapparaat en Nespressoapparaat.

Our house is a cosy romantic house on the water, near Amsterdam. With free parking in front of the house. Within half an hour you are in Amsterdam city. Here is a country atmosphere in the village 's Graveland. Unique is the living kitchen with a lot of light, big windows around. We live at the waterside and you see ducks and swans while you have breakfast or you are sitting on the outside terras. In the evening you love to sit by the fire place in the livingroom.

Onze vakantie woning is geschikt voor 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen Het stijlvol ingerichte vakantiehuisje is een fijne plek om te verblijven. De ruime steiger met overkapping is een heerlijke plek om te genieten van het uitzicht over het water. Ook in het centrum van Breukelen is genoeg te beleven zoals diverse winkels, supermarkten en restaurants.
