State College Sojourn

Just over 1 mile north of campus in a lovely neighborhood! One block from N. Atherton St., and convenient to everything. Walk to dozens of restaurants, hop a bus to campus, or take the bike trail to the stadium, arboretum, & parks. Huge sun room, an ideal entertainment & gathering space! Sleeps 10 (3 queen beds, 1 queen futon, 1 queen air mattress). We live very close by and we'll go out of our way to ensure you have a great stay in Happy Valley! Rates vary based on demand for prime weekends.

A lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day. This historic cottage has been completely renovated and lovinging decorated in a cozy yet uncluttered stye. Amazing location just steps from Bucknell but close enough to walk downtown for dinner. The peaceful back patio faces the river with no other houses behind it. 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths- the home can comfortably accomodate 6 people. Other amenities include central air, gas fireplace, wifi, a full kitchen, laundry, and new mattresses.

The Warm and Cozy Cottage - Whole House!

The Warm and Cozy Cottage is a small house with lots of charm! Located in a quiet neighborhood with a backyard for kids to play and gig speed internet, the cottage is perfect for working and relaxing! The cottage is a 10 minute drive from downtown State College/PSU campus and there is a bike path and playgrounds nearby. Our house is NOT a party house and is a strict NO SMOKING/NO VAPING PROPERTY. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.

This home never fails to surprise our guests with its character and amenities. It's close to family-friendly activities, public transport, nightlife, and the city center. A very cheerful neighborhood. Our place is good for groups, families with kids, couples, adventurers, and business travelers. Literally across the street from restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, etc, and just a few hundred yards from Public pool. Ask about blocked dates too!!! Please, NO PARTIES ever!!!

This mountain home is the biggest of our 4 rentals near Ricketts Glen state park. Perfect for 1-8 guests! We will match the price of our smaller rentals for single and couple guests. This property which was my grandparents borders Ricketts Glen. I have many fond memories hunting and hiking and coming back to my Gram’s exceptional cooking. This home is off of Hynick road on 10 private acres. Walking distance from the falls!
