On The Rocks

Ultimate in privacy, yet two minutes from downtown Frankfort! This cabin-style home (think Gatlinburg!) sits on three wooded acres. Long, rambling decks on three sides (one covered, one fully screened, one open air). Our adjacent farm surrounds the property, making it even more private. This home sits high on a bluff above downtown Frankfort & the Kentucky River (our farm borders on the river). Just three miles to Buffalo Trace Distillery (if you could fly, it's way closer than that!)

Goose Creek Getaway--A Classy Country Cabin

This well-furnished cabin is surrounded by 18 acres of privately owned fields and woods. A wrap-around deck with a hot tub (extra) provides striking views. Hiking trails, fire pit, gas grill, golf cart, pond, laundry, Direct TV (3), internet, stereo, equipped kitchen and games all make for a fun country stay. Rising Star and Belterra Casinos are closeby, and a park/boat ramp on the Ohio is nearby. Rising Sun and Vevay are short drives, and the Arc and Creation Museum are both within 1 hour.

Welcome to Alpine Hills Swiss Cabin in Dry Ridge. If you love the outdoors, bring your family for a relaxing stay in our country cabin. We are located on a 250 acre dairy and pumpkin farm. The house is surrounded by beautiful farmland with roaming beef and dairy cows. Sit on our front porch or at our fire pit and watch the amazing sunset. We are only 18 min. from the Ark and 40 min. from the Creation Museum. Country Pumpkins Fall Festival is 9/7 thru 10/31. Enjoy free tickets to Pumpkin Ridge.

The Cabin

Fully furnished, spacious 1 room cabin with stone wood burning fireplace, equipped kitchen, bath with shower and twin over queen bunk bed. Refresh your mind & soul on the covered back porch overlooking the mature woods. Enjoy watching the abundant wildlife, including turkeys, deer, chipmunks and squirrels.

Red Fox Ridge Cabin Retreat - *No Cleaning Fee*

Unwind at this secluded retreat nestled quietly at the end of a wooded country road, along a rolling creek. The cabin was originally two cabins erected in the 1850s. In the 1970s, artist Jim Simon dismantled the log cabins and re-erected them on the Simon Family Farm. Red Fox Ridge was named for the red fox often spotted running the ridge overlooking the river. Gopher Wood Getaway Cabin-NEAR Ark Encounter

Located about 20 minutes from the Ark Encounter, our Gopher Wood Getaway cabin offers a rustic and picturesque place for families to stay near the Ark. Enjoy 500 sq ft of living space inside the cabin that includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bunk room and full bathroom. Our cabin has heating, AC and electric over looking 84 acres of Kentucky Bluegrass. NOTE: Our cabins are truly a GETAWAY as we do NOT have any wi-fi or TV in them. National Historic O'neal Cabin

Originally built during the late 1700’s, this two-story log cabin was restored in 1995. The O'neal Cabin is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Come visit the beautiful countryside and stay in this adorable cabin right outside the city limits of Cynthiana, KY! Located on over 90 acres, this place has a million dollar view of a large pond and huge pasture fields.
