Newer custom 860 square foot ground level apartment attached to a 2500 square foot shop. Shop noise will be minimized during your stay. The apartment is a 10 minute drive from downtown Palmer, 25 minutes from Hatcher Pass and a beautiful 45 minute drive from north Anchorage (60 minutes from the airport). The apartment is a great base location to explore Alaska with easy driving to hiking, fishing and local tourist attractions. Alaska state fairgrounds are a quick 15 minute drive away.

Caribou Hideaway

The Caribou hideaway is a roomy apartment with a queen bed and a pull-out memory foam queen size sleeper. You have room to lounge, play a game, watch a movie, or get caught up on work. A coffee bar, mini-fridge, and microwave are in the room as well. Just outside your door, you are surrounded by beautiful birch trees and plenty of space to stroll along maintained trails and get some fresh air. The property has a firepit, grill, and deck seating all for your enjoyment.

Log Home's Spacious Lower Level.

This spacious lower level is a daylight basement perfect for families traveling with children. Placed in the middle of two acres the home is surrounded by manicured yards, gardens, beautiful mountain peaks, and plenty of country quiet. Yard is open for play, or walking, as is the basketball court. There are swings hanging in car port and a cowboy grill for campfires in the spring and fall. Located four miles from Palmer this home and yards are sure to please.

Relax and unplug in this calm, stylish space. Private entrance to primary bedroom suite. View sunsets and creek from covered balcony. Enjoy comfy linens and gas fireplace. Soak in the deep soaking tub with epsom bath salt. Kitchenette includes sink with filtered water, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and mini frig. On-suite bathroom has steam unit, dual shower head with rain shower, tub, double sinks, lighted mirrors, towel warmer and privacy toilet.

NO CLEANING FEE! Private Entrance, Mother-In-Law Guest Suite is yours, not shared. The lakefront suite has 5 beds between 3 rooms. Two of the rooms are common spaces shared with your kitchenette and sitting room, which look out to the garden and lake. Lakefront Landing suite is a designated rental space, we do not share your closet. See detailed description below in THE SPACE. We continue our 5-star rating on "sparkling clean".

Abby's Master Suite Ground Floor w/ Mountain Views

This is a large guest suite on the first floor with Private Entrance, Private En-Suite Bathroom, Large Dressing Room, Refrigerator, microwave, dining table and sleeper sofa. The entrance is private and is accessed from the private driveway. Outside there is a bar-B-Que Grill, Firepit and yard. If a need arises during your stay, we are an email or phone call away. We look forward to hosting you. There isn't a sink in the main room.
